As per our T&C's refund policy, RapidoReach will only provide a refund if you request to cancel your Subscription within the first seven days of your initial Subscription Period with RapidoReach, by contacting us with the ‘Cancel Account’ query from contact us page, or by reaching out to us at email@example.com.
After the seven day refund period, we only provide refunds in the event that you are unable to use or access all or a material part of the Website or Services for a prolonged period as a result of a significant failure or defect in the technology.
We don't provide a refund for reasons such as your change of mind, claims of unused time, or your failure to cancel your Subscription with sufficient notice. We have strict compliance with these terms for all users, and don't make exceptions for failure to cancel prior to the next billing period.
This is because, although you may not have logged in for a while, we still have to foot the bill for software costs (such as data hosting) and prepare staff and resources to be ready to support you.
